Dementia Friendly Event

Our volunteers have recently attended The Dementia Friendly Middlesbrough Project Sixth celebration event to recognise those Organisations and Businesses who have successfully achieved “working to become Dementia Friendly” status.

To celebrate our achievement we attended and collected our award of recognition from Middlesbrough Mayor Dave Budd.

Hemlington litter pick a great success

In parternship with Zoe from The Parkway Shopping Centre we have started our 2nd year of Litter Picking at Hemlington Lake and Beck and WOW what a turnout it was. 

A very BIG thank you to Marton Co-op Funeral Care, Coulby Fire Station, the local Anglers and residents from the area.

Community Interpreting Courses

Hello

Stockton Council Learning and Skills have been running FREE accredited Community Interpreting courses for over a year with great success. We have run several cohorts of both level 1 and level 2. The courses have been very popular. Learners enjoy the courses and develop skills that can lead to work in interpreting.
